General conditions:
This because I can not start my other work in time, what will cost me income and needs to be compensated.
Please message me immediately so I know that you will be later, and so that I can check if I can rearrange some things to still help you on the agreed day. When more then 1 hour late, I do have the right to cancell the appointment. This because there might not be enough time left in my working schedule to deliver you a high quality and stress-free service. There might also be other clients that are booked after you, who do come in time and who can not have to wait because of someone else was late.
Ofcourse I will always try to still fit you in, if possible.
- A deposit needs to be paid to reserve your appointment or to pre-finance the materials.
This amount will be credited of your total invoice after the service has been delivered.
Your date of choice is reserved for you only after the deposit is paid.
You will recieve a confirmation by email. You don't need to bring this confirmation with you. - Deposits are Non-refundable.
When cancelling +24 hours in advance, you can use your deposit for a new appointment.
When cancelling less then 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be hold for my lost work day.
- Hourly rate is calculated per 15 minutes starting from working time untill the work is done.
The price list can be found here: https://www.forestroots.earth/price-list or you can request it by e-mail: [email protected] - The paiment of the rest amount needs to be settled in the studio when the work is done. In case there was no deposit paid, the full amount needs to be settled immediatly when the work is done. This can be paid in cash (euro) or direct payment with your bank app. If the payment could not be fulfilled at the day of the appointment, it has to be payed within 48 hours through bank transfer. When overdue, an administration fee of 50 euro and an intrest of 10% per month will be added to your invoice to cover for the extra work you have caused with the late payment.
- Please respect my time and don't be late. A margin of 15 minutes is understood.
